Shipping Policy

Standard Shipping

  • Shipping rates are calculated based on the size and weight of each order.
  • Free standard shipping is available on orders that are $120 or more before tax.
  • If you select Purolator Express or Canada Post Express, a flat shipping fee of $20 will be applied to your order.
  • All cannabis products are shipped by secure courier in odourless, discreet packaging, as required under the Cannabis Act and applicable regulations.
  • We only ship to Canadian addresses. Your Choice Medicinal does not ship cannabis products internationally under any circumstances.
 
 

Returns and Exchanges

 

At Your Choice Medicinal, we are committed to ensuring patient satisfaction and product integrity. Please review the following return policies for cannabis and non-cannabis products, as well as important information regarding returned packages.

Cannabis Products
In accordance with the Cannabis Act and applicable Health Canada regulations:
  • Returns or exchanges of cannabis products will only be accepted where legally permitted, such as when a product is defective or has caused an adverse reaction.
  • If you suspect a product is defective or have experienced an adverse effect, please contact us immediately. Our team will work with you to investigate and, where appropriate, coordinate a return or exchange.
  • All cannabis product returns are subject to federal regulatory compliance and may require supporting documentation.

Non-Cannabis Products
For accessories and other non-cannabis items:
  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging.
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or returned after 30 days will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Returned Packages
Orders returned to Your Choice Medicinal may be subject to deductions in the following cases:
  • The package is unclaimed at a postal outlet or with a private courier (e.g., UPS, FedEx),
  • The shipment is refused by the recipient or denied by customs, or
  • The delivery fails due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.
If the returned package is in resalable condition, a 20% restocking fee may apply. Additionally, we reserve the right to deduct:
  • The original shipping cost (or an equivalent amount if shipping was included in the purchase price), and
  • Any return shipping fees incurred.
